<title><![CDATA[Gulvet i stuen.]]></title>

<description><![CDATA[<img alt="Img_7007" src="/assets/0003/6627/IMG_7007.JPG?1280413239" /><p>Vi arbejder p&aring; h&oslash;jtryk p&aring; gulvet i stuen i CrossFit Copenhagen!<!-- readmore --></p>
<p>Der er desv&aelig;rre opst&aring;et nogle uforudsete problemer med gulvet.</p>
<p>Det betyder at vi bliver n&oslash;dt til at holde lukket i stuen en uge l&aelig;ngere end f&oslash;rst beregnet. Vi beklager dette meget, men vi har prioriteret at f&aring; en holdbar l&oslash;sning til gulvet denne gang s&aring; vi igen kan f&aring; optimale rammer for at tr&aelig;ne CrossFit i kirken!</p>
<p><strong>- Morgen og formiddagsholdene (7-12) vil k&oslash;re som i denne uge p&aring; 1. salen.<br />- Der vil i den n&aelig;ste uge v&aelig;re ekstra Open Gym fra 12-15.30 p&aring; 1.salen (mandag-fredag)<br />- Weekendhold og Open Gym vil foreg&aring; p&aring; 1. salen.<br />- Det vil v&aelig;re muligt for alle CrossFit Copenhagens medlemmer at tr&aelig;ne p&aring; CrossFit &Oslash;sterbro i hele uge 31.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Der ud over vil vores allesammens videomand TP st&aring; for en udend&oslash;rs WOD mandag den 2. august kl. 16. Vi m&oslash;des ved slikboden i frederiksberg have (t&aelig;t ved slottet). M&oslash;d op hvis i t&oslash;r:-)<br /></strong></p>
<p>VIGTIGT!: N&aring;r i tr&aelig;ner p&aring; &Oslash;sterbro skal i g&aring; ind og melde jer til som i plejer, dog p&aring; www.crossfitosterbro.dk. Der st&aring;r at i ikke kan "fremm&oslash;de" og det er rigtigt. Vi vil dog s&oslash;rge for at fremm&oslash;de jer s&aring; det skal i ikke t&aelig;nke p&aring;.</p>
<p>Vi beklager meget, men h&aring;ber at i gl&aelig;der jeg lige s&aring; meget til det nye gulv som os selv.</p>

<title><![CDATA[NY VIDEO!]]></title>

<description><![CDATA[<img alt="Img_1330" src="/assets/0003/6522/IMG_1330.JPG?1280302325" /><p>L&oslash;rdag den 17. juli var der flere af vores st&aelig;rke CrossFittere, der k&aelig;mpede p&aring; vores romaskiner!<!-- readmore --></p>
<p>Coach Thor havde sat udfordringen op at ro enten et halv marathon eller et helt marathon p&aring; vores Concept 2 romaskiner.</p>
<p>Stuen blev gjort klar med romaskinerne p&aring; en lang r&aelig;kke og tilskuerne begyndte allerede at indfinde sig inden l&oslash;bet gik igang! Det var en superfed dag og mon ikke vi gentager succesen?</p>
<p>Vores allesammens videomand har endnu en gang tryllet foran videomaskinen og fanget stemningen fra dagen perfekt i denne lille video!</p>

<p>I l&oslash;bet af uge 30 f&aring;r vi fjernet det gamle gulv og f&aring;r lagt et nyt. Vi vil have lukket i stuen fra tirsdag den 27/7 til og med s&oslash;ndag den 1/8.</p>
<p>Morgen og formiddagshold vil foreg&aring; p&aring; 1. salen i denne periode. Weekendholdene vil ligeledes foreg&aring; p&aring; 1. salen. Alle andre "stue"-hold vil v&aelig;re aflyst.</p>
<p>Mandag den 26/7 vil kirken lukke kl. 21, da vi skal have ryddet kirken og komme igang. Der vil ats&aring; ikke v&aelig;re Open Gym.</p>
<p>Vi gl&aelig;der os til det nye gulv er p&aring; plads.</p>
